This is a perfect class for me! Thank you Tracy for combining core, stretching, strength building, relaxation and centering all in one easy to follow class.

9/4/21. Really excellent core-centered class! Good overall stretch for the whole body; there are no boring repetitions of core movements yet the core is engaged & worked in a natural way. Clear, encouraging guidance. Thanks, Tracey!

This was paced so well (not rushed), and cued and described so well, - a lot of fun with the unexpected transitions. Thank you. Always feel enriched after one of your classes.

Fantastic class. I don't usually take Intermediate II classes or upper because they are beyond my current capacities, but could do this one (mostly). I encourage other beginners to give it a try; just consider having a couple of blocks near; they might come handy at certain points during the class. Otherwise, it's a very good and enjoyable session.

I LOVED this class. The surprise of unexpected combinations kept it fresh. Tracy is the master at designing combinations that help one "slip" effortlessly from easy to more challenging poses. I agree with the reviewer who said I didn't expect to feel to calm and relaxed after a core class! Thank you, Tracy!

I think the idea of core work can be pretty intimidating. For a lot of reasons, it can be the hardest place to work on (or through). For anyone debating, like I did, this class is -so- accessible. Not a mindless, hardcore, bootcamp ab workout that makes you feel like "bwah! I'm a core-less slug!" or, worse, like you cracked a rib. Instead, you're left basking in a celebration of your own power. Floored as usual, Tracey (pun intended). Thank you!
