This complete practice starts by warming the body, then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up, while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with a deep relaxation.

I love all of Fiji's classes! I'm not the biggest fan of the music that is paired with the video though. I have my own playlist so playing both was a little distracting at times.

Perfectly sublime practice just now. I have done this one several times, all wonderful and something new every time. Today, the pace, sequencing, and the variety of poses were truly a moving meditation for me as I was able to focus on strong energizing breath while moving my body.
The scenery and music were so nourishing too. And so too you in that beautiful glow.
I feel gentle, calm and open and, in a much better place than when I began.

Thank you Figi! wonderful practice. I would love to have you do a retreat in my home that can easily handle a dozen people in our large living/dining room area
with 3 feet in between people. We'd have to wait until this pandemic subsides.. perhaps by the late Spring of 2021 at earliest... Fall of 2021. You can enjoy the Bay Area and stay at our home. It's on Home Exchange: We're also considering moving in 6 years to the Big Island, HI and if we decide to get as large of a home, I can offer you a retreat space there also.
