As a mom of two adult boys (20 and 18), I have FINALLY (over the last 2 1/2 years) started to focus on my OWN health after so many years of focusing on them. :) Thanks, Fiji, for the reminder that we have to take care of ourselves, too. Great class! I also appreciated the core work!

This was so so wonderful and absolutely helped make my day special. Thank you for your beautiful words in encouraging us to feel good about taking care of ourselves AS WELL as our loved ones. All too often there seems to be a lot of guilt surrounding taking time for ourselves, but ultimately we are better mothers when we take time to nourish ourselves as well.

Also that practice was exactly what I needed. Even broke a sweat! Those hip tips! haha loved all the core you did. Wonderful for this little mummy-tummy. You're just the best Fiji! Thank you for all you do here. I hope you are spoiled with love today and every day <3

Thank you for the reminder that as leaders of our families, we need to show our children the importance of caring for ourselves. This was a gift I looked forward to and savored this morning. Thank you! My daughter and I loved the first video too - it was so meaningful just to sit back to back and feel each other's breath.
