Where was this class when I had all my wrist issues? I am pleased to have it now though.

Ever since quarantine started and I had to work from home I started having problems with my hands, wrists and shoulders. This series had been a god-send in helping me nurse them back to health. And this video is so great because it's super short so even on days when I'm feeling kinda lazy I can always find enough energy to at least to this one. Thank you so much David.

Really great class! Short enough to realistically do every day. I am 27 and work on a computer all day every day and am starting to get pain in my right wrist consistently. This class and this series have been the first to give me relief. Thanks David!!

Short but sweet! Good to learn yoga that helps support the wrists and arms.
